What is included in the Bill Pay?

Bill Pay+ is a value added service that we provide. We pay your bills regarding the property that may include gas/electric, water/server, trash, HOA, pool/yard maintenance, all for a low monthly fee. We do not pay your mortgage, insurance, and property taxes.

Do you handle the leasing of the properties?

No, but we can recommend professionals that can help you lease your property.
